The Housing Department reports that they have successfully built 30,600 houses through this program. Additionally, 105,700 families have received loans to construct their own homes. Furthermore, 69,200 families have received their second installment to finish their ongoing housing projects.

Officials mentioned that families who pay off their loans within 1 to 3 years will get a 20% discount. Those who finish repayment within 4 to 6 years will qualify for a 10% discount. These incentives aim to encourage early repayment and make it easier for people to own a home.
With the new system, applicants can now register online from the comfort of their homes. This change makes the entire process quicker, simpler, and more transparent.
